Service Description
Join Brianna for some Monday Movement Medicine! We’ll shake, we’ll stretch, we’ll breathe, we’ll strengthen. We’ll do some things that might look like traditional Yoga postures, Qi Gong, or somatic exploration. We'll work on functional strength, awareness of alignment, and restorative practices. This class offers a supportive container to explore the body from the inside out. Participants are invited to listen deeply to their inner landscape—cultivating awareness of energy, breath, skeletal structure, and muscular support—while flowing between movement inquiry and more defined shapes. Functional strengthening sequences support stability and resilience, while restorative moments invite space for integration, release, and rest. This is an opportunity to move your body in ways that feel energizing, juicy and restorative for YOU, in real time with other humans. You’ll be guided through the process, and also given the space to make the practice your own. This practice encourages a balance of effort, ease, and curiosity, supporting both vitality and nervous system regulation. All bodies and experience levels are welcome; no prior yoga or movement experience is required. Just a willingness to move and be supported in community, from the comfort of your own home.
