A Day of Yoga in the Vineyard

Join us for a day of Yoga, meditation, and rejuvenation at Confluence Arts Center/Domaine Margelle Vineyards! Lorissa and Brianna will guide you through gentle hatha yoga and flow into restorative sessions to awaken, recharge and replenish the body. Enjoy guided meditation and journaling sessions, along with a meditation walk on the beautiful vineyard grounds for reflection and integration. Soak up the nourishing vibrations of sound baths provided by Andre. A homemade locally sourced vegetarian lunch will be provided, topped off with a glass of Domaine Margelle wine to toast the day.
