Awaken Creative Flow Retreat

Join Brianna, Allie and Andre for a day of creative rejuvenation.

This retreat is an invitation to come home to the creative flow within: tapping into the inspiration that is already present in the body, mind and heart & bringing it to life through movement, writing, creative expression, and stillness, supported by the sweet sounds and spaciousness of nature. The flow of this special retreat will guide us into expansion, connection and empowerment.

Brianna guides a yoga flow and mindful movement practice. Allie shares yoga nidra and meditation. They both hold space for creative expression to flow through journal prompts, watercolors, and/or choose your creative medium! Andre (Kalayaan Sound, LLC) grounds the day with a sweet sound bath for restoration and integration.

A locally sourced homemade lunch is included in cost, with optional wine and snacks as we close the day.

10-10:30am arrival/Welcome with tea and snacks

10:30-11am Meditation/Intention setting for the day (Allie + Brianna)

11-12  Mindful Movement class w/Brianna

12-12:45  journaling + creative time

Lunch 12:45-1:45 localy sourced + prepared by Andre

1:45-2:15 Free time in 

2:15-3:30pm- Meditation/Yoga Nidra class w/ Allie

3:30-4:15 creative time

4:15-4:45 Group sharing

4:45-5:30 sound w/Andre

Closing with snacks and wine
