This Essential Oil Blending Class is the ultimate experience for anyone interested in personalized aromatherapy and learning how essential oils can enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. During this fun and informative class I will guide you through the world of essential oils and how they work with one another and your personal biochemistry. The session is focused on learning about the core essential oils for the summer season, their properties, reflection & intention setting, and will culminate with the unique experience of crafting a personalized aromatherapy blend to take home. Once your blend is created, you'll get to infuse it into your choice of a spray or rollerball (included).
