About the event
Join us for our Moon Cycle Sound Ceremonies facilitated by Kalayaan Sound at the Confluence Arts Center. An extended version of our weekly Thursday Gentle + Restorative Yoga w/ Sound class in honor of the Full moon and the Summer Solstice. Class starts with a mindful flow, and settles into deep stretch and restorative postures where Andre will engulf to room in healing vibrations. Stay for an (optional) glass of Domain Margelle Vineyards wine after class! (wine can be purchased separately). Class is suitable for all levels of experience.
Modifications and options will be offered and guided. Mats and props available.By donation.
