About the event
Join Brianna Taylor and special guest JJ Gregg for a relaxing late afternoon yoga class with the calming sounds of live Sitar music. Class will start with a gentle flow in relationship with the Sitar sounds, and settle into some long sweet restorative postures to reset and soothe the nervous system. Stay for an (optional) glass of Stonewall or Domain Margelle Vineyards wine, and enjoy a stroll through the vineyard!
All levels welcome. Mats and prop provided. Wine available for purchase onsite as well.
