New Moon Community Sound, Breathwork + Movement

Join Brianna, Beverly and Andre (Kalayaan Sound) for a movement, breathwork and sound ceremony to welcome and support intentions for the Virgo New Moon.  We will practice gentle movement to warm and open the body, utilizing movements from Yoga, Qi Gong, and somatic awareness practices guided by Brianna. Beverly will guide us through breathwork practices to expand our senses and support deepening our awareness. Conscious breathing is the ultimate tool for self-transformation! With Breathwork practices, you can break free from stress and anxiety, boost your focus and energy, and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace and well-being. Then be immersed in the healing vibrations and sacred sounds from Kalayaan Sound that will nourish your mind, body, and spirit, and amplify your intentions for this moon cycle.
