About the event
Join us for our Moon Cycle Sound Ceremonies facilitated by Kalayaan Sound at the Confluence Arts Center. Come for an all levels Gentle Yoga class with Brianna Taylor from 4-5pm, stay and be immersed in the power of healing vibrations and sacred sounds that will nourish your mind, body, and spirit from 5-6pm. Yoga mats, blankets and props provided.
**Yoga and sound are offered separately--come for one or the other, or both! Pay-What-You-Can.
