Radical Aliveness: a ritual playshop for your grief, rage and joy

We need more places where we can feel deeply and express ourselves fully while being held in community. This is that space. We’ll play expressive games, have a deep feeling dance party, soften into sacred rest, and close with circle sharing.

Come reclaim your expressive power.
Together, we’ll co-create a brave space of radical permission where our human aliveness can playfully express. We’ll play expressive games, have a deep feeling dance party and then soften into sacred rest and receptivity. We’ll close with circle sharing allowing ourselves to be held and heard.
Feeling alone in your grief, rage, overwhelm and fear?
Come co-regulate with other deep feeling humans. Let your broken open heart be met by others who also deeply care for this world. Hear your own experience spoken through another person’s mouth and viscerally remember that you are not alone. That our pain as well as our joy is a shared and oh so relatable human experience.
