Join Brianna and Andre for a Gentle Flow into Restorative Yoga class with Sound. Class starts with a mindful flow, and settles into deep stretch and restorative postures where Andre will engulf to room in healing vibrations. Class is suitable for all levels of experience. Modifications and options will be offered and guided. Mats and props available.
