About the event
Join Suzanne Shultz, a Certified Yoga for Golfers Instructor, as we explore the application of yoga-based physical and mental conditioning to the biomechanics of the golf swing. This workshop is designed to increase your distance, power, focus, confidence, and vitality on the course. See and feel a difference in your game through the mind/body conditioning of yoga asana.
We will focus on:
achieving body symmetry, balance & alignment to increase power
enhancing flexibility & core development to improve mobility, strength, power & endurance
quieting the mind & proper breathing techniques to achieve focus and relaxation
You will be trained on the biomechanics of the body specifically as it relates to each plane of motion through each stage of the golf swing to improve the body’s mobility & ability to play, while minimizing risk of injury. Come find out how to play your best game from the very first tee.
