About the event
Participants will be guided by Brianna through a gentle flow into restorative yoga practice. Andre offers soothing sounds of Himalayan bowls, Gong, Didgerdoo and more to support deep relaxation. We toast the eve with a glass of Domaine Margelle wine (wine is optional). Note that this class is part of our day long event on the 24th "A Day of Zimbabwean Dance and Music," and it's possilbe the schedule will vary slightly.
